So, I’ve been spending a ton of time reading ReadyMade (online and in print, thankyouverymuch) lately. A week or so ago I stumbled across a post detailing 30 Days of Creativity. The idea is that you can take the pledge to create something every day in June. Intimidating, right? I collect project ideas like it’s my job (I spend as much time on it as I would if it actually were my job. Unfortunately, it isn’t.), but I’m a bit short (ok, a lot short) on the actual doing and making end of things.
So. I think I’m going to try it. Ack.
Commitment is scary isn’t it?
Cooking counts. So does writing. Maybe it’s doable.
I’m in the middle of making a curtain for our bathroom. It will be my first 30 Days project, but I’m hoping to finish it today. Is that cheating?
I’ll post a picture tomorrow.
30 Days is on Twitter and Pinterest. They have set up a board for every day, so you can check out what everyone else is making too.
